As of the fourth quarter of 2023, New Castle Nursing and Rehabilitation was owned by Providence Group of Kentucky, LLC, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Henry County, has been owned by Providence Group of Kentucky, LLC since Feb. 3, 2014.
