Of the 560 people living in Ghent in 2020, 51.8 percent (290) were women and 48.2 percent (270) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Louisville News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 9. In the 65 and over age range, there were 11 females and 16 males.
