Of the 8,938 people living in La Grange in 2020, 50.7 percent (4,531) were women and 49.3 percent (4,407) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Louisville News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 141. In the 65 and over age range, there were 733 females and 386 males.
