Of the 2,120 people living in Orchard Grass Hills in 2020, 49.4 percent (1,047) were women and 50.6 percent (1,073) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Louisville News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 55. In the 65 and over age range, there were 48 females and 48 males.
