Of the 589 people living in River Bluff in 2020, 50.3 percent (296) were women and 49.7 percent (293) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Louisville News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 26. In the 65 and over age range, there were 41 females and 35 males.
