Citizens for Hopkins issued the following announcement on Dec. 24
The westbound lane along West 20th Street, from Allen to Frederica streets, will be closed for repair beginning Thursday, city officials reported.
The closure is expected to last through Friday, pending no delays or inclement weather. Officials said a detour will mark the closure.
The mayor’s office asks drivers to use caution and pay attention while in that area.
