City of Shelbyville issued the following announcement on Dec. 13
WELL DONE!!
Annual Chamber of Commerce Industry Food Drive
Stanley Black and Decker – 650 pounds
Pegasus – 1,016 pounds
Autotruck – 2,304 pounds
voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation – 6,730 pounds
Grand Total of 10,700 pounds!
The food will be split between AWAKE Ministries and Operation Care in Shelbyville.
A HUGE THANK YOU for participating in this event that benefits our community. This is something we have been promoting for several years and each year it grows in size. Let’s set a goal to increase our weight next year by a grand total of 2,000 more pounds!
